- -Look for how you can do what your competitors are doing, only better! What’s working well in the industry, and how might you be able to improve on that?
- -Draw up charts with timelines, so everything is laid out visually. It’ll help keep things organized and make it easier to see how far along or behind schedule different tasks may be at any given time.
- -Outline some ways to create a culture of accountability – how will people know if they’re not completing their tasks by deadlines without having to constantly follow up on them? How will everyone know when something needs more attention from someone else? Be sure these elements are included in your plan as well!
- -If there are any resources you’ll need to be successful, how are you going to get them?
- -When will this plan start, and how long do you project it should take in order for everything to fall into place as planned? This timeline is important!

It can be difficult to keep track of all the facts and figures when you’re planning your business. The trick is to create a spreadsheet that lists out what tasks need to be done, who’s responsible for each one

7 Steps to a Perfectly Business Plan

- If it makes sense given your business model, is there room for someone from outside of the company to help out with anything on a contract basis?
- How will we manage their time, and how much are they going to be paid for it each month?
- What’s the best way to keep in touch with these people so that no one falls through the cracks or ends up feeling neglected once again, ensuring everyone is always fully engaged and happy within this new work environment (your main goal!)
