– Tip four: Categorize your planning

– Tip five: Set a purpose for each planning session

– Tip six: Prioritize what’s most important to learn first, and work down from there.

-Tip seven: Review the content in advance of teaching it (preferably multiple times). Make sure you know the material inside out before presenting it. Ensure that all students are on board with any changes or extensions made to the lesson plan.

-Tip eight: Engage them every step of way – don’t just lecture! Talk about what they’re learning as if you were talking to a friend who is interested in this topic too.”}

What is your teaching philosophy?

I believe that education should be an active process, not a passive one. I think students who are engaged in the act of learning will have more success than those who just sit and listen to lectures or read books for information. So my goal is to figure out what they care about most and help them explore it further because there’s no better way to learn something new then from someone you trust.

My teaching philosophy can best be summarized as “education through exploration.” We all know how hard studying has become with so many distractions available at our fingertips but when we’re able to take charge over our own educational experience by exploring curriculums on their terms–not ours-students become empowered learners instead of disengaged ones; always leaving class feeling accomplished and proud.

Why do you want to teach

Teaching is a rewarding career that offers satisfaction, responsibility and autonomy. It’s not easy but it can be very enjoyable when you find the right subject or class to work with.

I want to teach because I have a strong passion for education and improving the lives of others. When people can’t read or write, it becomes difficult to earn money which means they are often dependent on other sources that will exploit them.

They may be forced into prostitution or become homeless with an even greater chance at making bad decisions in life such as drug addiction, unemployment etc just so someone else has more power over their well-being than what is right and good for themselves.
